Hannah Moore is a character appearing in the episode Death and Dreams of the ITV crime drama Midsomer Murders.
A teenaged daughter of Dr. Jane Moore, she and her siblings developed an unnaturally covetous attachment to their mother, becoming murderously jealous of any man who attracted any of her attention from them. Her sister and brother, Ettie and Guy, began isolating their mother from the attentions of others with their father whom they shoved over a cliff on a climbing holiday some three years prior to the events of the episode.
Eventually, they also faked the suicide of a patient they resented for attracting her attention in the form of weekly visits, drowned their mother's colleague who had a bit of a crush on her, and nearly strangled DCI Tom Barnaby who had a warm relationship with Dr. Moore based on a previous professional association.

- Andy Moore - Pushed off of a cliff while on a climbing holiday 3 years ago. This was done with Guy.
- Martin Wroath - Drugged with Tenzine by being forced to drink from a cup, arranged sitting on a chair with his feet on another chair and had a thin rope tied to his foot and to a shotgun trigger that was fixed on top of a cupboard. Then the rope was pulled by Hannah, triggering the shotgun and shooting him in the chest to make it appear as suicide. Guy held him down and Hannah poured the wine/Tenzine down his throat. Ettie watched.
- Tony Parish - Drugged with Tenzine in his wine, then after he got to the clinic was lured to the stream where he was drowned by Guy and Hannah. After that his body was dragged and hanged from the obstacle course equipment with a rope.
- Gordon Leesmith - Strangled while Mozart's Rondo Alla Turca was being played on a CD player and then hung on a wall with his lanyard. Guy strangled him while Hannah and Ettie watched.
- DCI Tom Barnaby - Drugged his wine with Tenzine at the cricket field, then when it was nighttime, lured into the clotheslines and strangled. He was narrowly rescued by DS Gavin Troy, and the killers all fled. Guy tried to strangle him while Hannah and Ettie watched.
