TenurSaxomophone - I undid some of the edits you made which referenced new images you uploaded because I thought that the original image was better quality. I left the others because I agreed that the images were better. However, a couple points:
Instead of creating a new image, you can simply upload a new version of the file (It's under "file history" of the image page). For this to work, you have to be uploading the same type of file with the same name. In other words if the original is a .jpg, the new version must be .jpg.
Use .jpg images for photos and .png for simple drawings or icons.
Crop the images to include head and shoulders only.
Try to lighten up the image as much as possible.
Finally, as I mentioned previously, make sure that you add a file attribution (see previous thread)
OK, Thanks and fair enough except for the attribution. most of your recent images do not have attribution - look at "James Fitzroy.png" for example.
These are all minor issues! I really appreciate your contributions and I'm looking forward to more...
As an fyi, I got a subscription to Britbox through Amazon Prime (in the U.S only) and with my Macbook, I'm able to screencap some great images, but for some reason, I can't capture images from Bribox with my Windows PC.
Thanks for all your contributions that you have made to the Wiki!
I would ask one thing of you, and that is to apply an attribution to images when you upload them. When the "Upload a Photo to the Wiki" box opens, there is a "More Options" dropdown. Use it to select an appropriate attribution under the licensing section (most likely "fair use" or "screen shot").
