Raoul Delgado is a character appearing in the episode Send in the Clowns of the ITV crime drama Midsomer Murders.

Raoul worked for Ferabbees Circus as a Cuban illusionist that often performed the classic "magic box" act with his partner Sophia, who would give him four rubber swords to stick into his boss, who always rigged the performance to be the victim, without killing him. Though behind the scenes, he was somewhat of a womanizer as he had two wives and three women, who were suing him for not paying child support.

His real name was "Ray Dawkins" and used this persona to flirt with Freya Ferabbee behind her husband's back so he could take advantage of the money she embezzled from him. When working the night shift at Denton's Bar & Grill, just before the clown shows up, she gets a text from him saying that he can't wait any longer. The next day after Terry is murdered, she meets up with Raoul and begins making out with him behind one of the performer's RV trailers.

When the police allow Ferabbees to continue a show amidst the investigation, Raoul is brought onto the stage to perform his "magic box" act, expecting Joe to "volunteer" as usual until Ashley Denton decides to do it. Raoul is able to place three of his four swords into the box just fine until the fourth and last one ends up killing him, as Daniella Bellini had it sharpened in the hopes that it would kill Joe. When the police arrive to the scene, a shell-shocked Raoul explains to Barnaby and Winter that they were the same knives he always used and that he doesn't know anything about what's going on.

The next day, Raoul has sex with another woman behind Freya's back when she comes in his RV and knocks him out with a silver orb prop he would use in his magic tricks. When the police are called to investigate, Winter interrogates Raoul where he figures out that he was the "Ray Dawkins" firm, his history of flirting with woman, and wanting to take advantage of the Ferabbees. Both he and Freya are taken away by the police who arrest them for polygamy.
