Raymond Clandillon is a character appearing in the episode They Seek Him Here of the ITV crime drama Midsomer Murders.

Clandillon is a veteran gay actor whose career tumbled from his drinking problem. One of his close associates, Ted Hayward, reported joined him in drinking after Ted found out his wife Gwen Morrison had a brief affair with Nick Cheyney. Ted's brother Neville sent him a poison pen letter revealing the truth, which drove Ted to depression. Neville always attributed Ted's death to drinking, but over their shared drinks, Clandillon developed feelings for Ted, and was crushed by his following suicide. When he developed terminal cancer, Raymond decided to avenge Ted by killing the three people he held responsible, using the guillotine from Nick's latest movie that proved to work without a safety lock.

Nick was first to die, drugged with Clandillon's Oramorph prescribed for him, before being driven to the movie set and beheaded. his car engine was silent, so the barkeep didn't hear him leave with Nick. Gwen was then drugged through a flask Clandillon offered her in the changing quarters, then rode her unconscious in a carriage to the guillotine. When night fell, he diverted attention with a burglary, then killed Gwen too. Neville was arrested on suspicion, but when he was released and sent home, Clandillon drugged him too. Just before he could behead Neville, Tom Barnaby stopped Clandillon, convincing him Neville would be in more pain living with the grief. As Barnaby already had the locks changed, Clandillon wouldn't have been successful anyway. Clandillon was arrested, and Neville was rescued.
