Tamara Deddington is a character appearing in the episode The Sting of Death of the ITV crime drama Midsomer Murders.
Sister of master beekeeper and historic honey producer, Ambrose Deddington, developer of the Apitherapy therapy, she has been arrested for fraud. When he was diagnosed with cancer, Ambrose treated it with apitherapy. Which is a branch of alternative medicine that uses honey products and bee venom. Deddington put his faith in it, and the tumors vanished. As it turned out, he never had cancer in the first place. He sold his "treatment" to people in hopes of a cure for their cancer. Tamara was involved in keeping the business going and perpetuating the fraud. Co-conspirators, Dr. Serena Lowe and Cal Ingalls were murdered due to their involvement in the fraud. Ambrose was almost murdered.
